OUR STAFF

  • Corey is the founder and owner of P27 Baseball Academy. Corey Warner grew up in Lexington, SC with a love for baseball. After playing in his youth, he advanced to play at wktimberwolves. Corey played at USC Aiken and Catawba Valley Community College, then landed at Toccoa Falls College. There he won 3 consecutive National Championships along with winning the World Series MVP in 2012. Corey gained his personal training certification after college and spent years coaching baseball for all age groups in the community. After years of dreaming and prayer, Corey opened P27 Baseball Academy in 2018.

Corey has three children with his wife, Sally. Between enjoying time with his family and coaching, Corey owns and operates Bodyshop Athletics of Lexington, a full service fitness center, and Bodyshop Baseball, a summer development league.

  • Zack Warner grew up in Lexington where he played at Brooklyn Cacye High School. He was blessed enough to win a class AAA high school championship his freshman year.

He then went on to play college ball at Toccoa Falls College where he won two National Championships and back to back All American honors. God then pulled Zack closer to home to Francis Marion University where he finished his career.

Shortly after, Tucker joined P27 staff in 2020 leading our catching development and analytics.
